Bryan Lee Grabs Solo Lead Heading Into Final Round of 2026 Kenridge Invitational

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — Bryan Lee sits alone atop the leaderboard after 36 holes at Farmington Country Club, carding back-to-back 68s for a 4-under total of 136. His consistency across both rounds sets him apart from a field that saw plenty of movement on Saturday.

Rij Patel made the biggest move up the board in round two, improving from a 70 in round one to a 67 on Saturday to sit at -3 and in solo second. Michael Sass was another mover, dropping from 71 to 67 to join CJ Winchenbaugh at T3 (-2), while Patrick Carl posted a steady 71 to get to T5 at -1.

Reigning champion Michael Lee sits at even par and tied for seventh after rounds of 71-69. Hogan Blais backed up a first-round 68 with a 72 to sit alongside Lee at T7. Blake Hogan turned in one of the low rounds of the day with a 68, vaulting him into the large T12 group at +3 alongside nine other players, including past champion Nikita Gubenko.

With a packed leaderboard and several players within striking distance heading into the final 18, Sunday at Farmington promises plenty of drama. Lee will need to hold his nerve, but with Patel, Sass, and Winchenbaugh all within two shots, the 2026 Kenridge title is very much up for grabs.
